AVIFLORA is a unique freeze dried preparation composed of the normal gut bacteria from healthy adult pathogen free chickens. It rapidly provides the bird with a normal intestinal gut flora (more than 200 species of bacteria), and acts by competitive exclusion to prevent the establishment of pathogenic bacteria such as Salmonella, E. coli, Clostridium perfringens and Enterococcus in the bird’s gut.
