The basic requirement for selection of site for production of SPF eggs needs pollution free environment in an isolated area. The poultry houses are entirely different from the other commercial open poultry sheds. The facility includes high tech structure for houses made up of cement concrete with Filtered Air Positive Pressure (FAPP) system using 10 micron, 5 micron, 3 micron and terminal HEPA filters of 0.3 micron size. Incoming air is passed through these filters with total air changes every 3 minutes.

Ventri Biologicals has been quality conscience organisation and has well developed quality management system. Stringent GMP standards are followed in manufacturing practices and GLP and GCP standards are followed in testing of vaccines. All units are accredited with ISO 9000 QMS standards, OHSAS standards. Manufacturing unit located at Hinjewadi is accredited with WHO/COPP-GMP certification and EU-GMP certification along with approval from different regulatory agencies.
Export Market:
Being leading vaccine manufacturing company in India vaccines are also marketed to various countries in SAARC, Middle East Asia, South East Asia, Central Asia, African continent, Russia and Latin American Countries. Currently, vaccines are exported to 25 different countries.
