It decreases the response to acetylcholine by muscles of worm, leading to decreased action of acetylcholine on neuromuscular junction. This leads to decreased contraction and flaccid paralysis.
The worm is not unable to maintain its position in gut and expelled by normal peristalsis
It causes hyperpolarization by acting like GABA leading to paralysis of muscles in worm
28 days for meat.
7 days for eggs.
4-6 weeks 25 ml/100 birds (50 mg/kg body wt.)
6-12 weeks 50 ml / 100 Birds (100 mg/kg body wt.)
12 weeks and Above 80 ml/100 Birds (200 mg/kg body wt.) in drinking water.
Repeat once every month.
Or as directed by Veterinarian.
